Shipping Information For Winning Bidders

How can I check the status of my order?

Go to “My Account” and then the “Orders” page from the account menu. Here you can see the details for your purchase, including shipping info.

What if my items are damaged or lost during shipment?

If any of your items or packaging is damaged, you should:

  • Record the change of condition clearly on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Take photos and videos of damages to support your claim.
  • Keep damaged packaging and other packing materials for later inspection.
  • Keep your copy of the delivery receipt for later.
  • Contact us within 1 business day.

Unfortunately, damage does occur occasionally during transport, and this is an issue that must be addressed with the carrier to receive reimbursement. We recommend that you take full advantage of shipping insurance whenever available.

Note: By signing the delivery receipt, you are taking full responsibility and ownership for the items in the condition noted on that receipt. If part or all of your shipment is damaged, and you do not record those damages on the receipt before signing, you are essentially stating that you received your shipment in an acceptable condition. If there has been a change of condition that is not noted on the signed delivery receipt, it is unlikely that there will be any compensation for damages.

How do I ship my merchandise to Canada?

Items shipped via common carrier will require a broker to facilitate the import into Canada. Before we can process your shipment, you must notify us of the brokerage company you are using.

What is liftgate service, and how do I know if I need it?

A liftgate is a motorized platform attached to the back of the truck that will lower your items from the truck to the ground. When your carrier’s driver places your order on the ground using the liftgate, you will then be responsible for bringing it inside.

Unless you have an elevated loading dock or forklift at the shipment’s destination to unload your items from the truck, you will need to request a truck with a liftgate. Please note, each carrier has an additional fee for liftgate service that can usually be found within your shipping quote.
